Almond Oil
A roasted virgin almond oil, made using almonds from Mallorca in the Balearic islands. The almonds are first roasted to release their wonderful flavour, then cold pressed and filtered through traditional methods following a 75 year old tradition. This oil adds a lovely almond flavour to salads, pastas, grilled meat and fish and is also ideal for use in baking.

Hazelnut Oil
A roasted virgin hazelnut oil, made using hazelnuts from Tarragona in Catalunya, has won major awards already as a mark of its quality!
The nuts are gently roasted and then cold-pressed using traditional methods to retain their health benefits and flavour.
Hazelnut virgin oil is a well-kept secret of many top chefs. Great in salads, hazelnut oil combines very well with vinegar to produce a light but flavourful vinaigrette. With pasta, potatoes and beans, hazelnut oil serves as a wonderful substitute for butter

Walnut Oil
A roasted virgin walnut oil, is made using walnuts from Aragon in north-west Spain. The walnuts are first roasted to release their wonderful flavour, then cold pressed and filtered through traditional methods following a 75 year old tradition. Walnut oil is a wonderful addition to cheese, avocado, salads, beef and blends seamlessly with balsamic vinegar. Or try it with tarragon white wine vinegar. It is also delicious on grilled fish or meat: a dab of walnut oil is the perfect touch for enhancing flavours. You can also try it in pasta with cheese
